Workforce International Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and experienced HC Truck Driver to join our team in Newcastle. This is a great opportunity to join an industry-leading business with over 50 years' experience in asphalt paving and construction.

About the Role

  • $36.01-$38.15/hr + Applicable penalties
  • Regular overtime available
  • Occasional afternoon/night shifts
  • Weekly pay cycle
  • Opportunities for a permanent role for the right candidate.
  • Immediate start for the right candidate

Duties include:

  • Safely operate an HR tipper truck and float, transporting asphalt and equipment/plant machinery e.g. rollers.
  • Assist with loading and unloading equipment/plant machinery.
  • Deliver goods and materials to job sites within agreed timelines
  • Adhere to all relevant road traffic laws and company safety policies.

What we're looking for

  • Valid HC driver's licence
  • Demonstrated experience driving HC level vehicles
  • Ability to satisfy pre-employment physical assessment including drug and alcohol screening
  • Knowledge of road rules and safe driving practices
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
