We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and proactive individual to join our close-knit recruitment and HR team. This is a busy and rewarding role where you'll be supported to learn and grow while helping us hire great people for our operational teams.

What you will be doing:

  • Supporting the recruitment process for a variety of operational roles
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews, medicals, and reference checks
  • Collecting and tracking pre-employment documentation
  • Communicating with candidates and managers throughout the hiring process
  • Assisting with HR reporting and general team projects

What we are looking for:

  • A background in administration, customer service, or a related field, OR a recent HR graduate ready to start their career
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
