We're Send It Social Club — a new kind of venue where people come to play games, share drinks, and have a bloody good time. Our mission is simple: make sure every guest walks out saying "F* me, that was fun"**
We're opening our doors soon and looking for a Shift Supervisor to help us bring the vibes. This isn't a stiff, boring hospitality job — it's a chance to run shifts where games, energy, and good times collide.
We want high-energy people who love connecting with guests in a real way. Not just serving drinks and taking payments, but sparking conversations, sharing laughs, and creating moments that make people feel welcome and part of the Send It family. Here, hospitality isn't transactional — it's personal.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the crew during shifts and setting the tone with your energy
- Opening and closing the venue (yep, we'll trust you with the keys)
- Handling cash and balancing tills at the end of the night
- Welcoming guests like they're old friends, not just customers
- Showing people how to play games and keeping the fun flowing
- Jumping in wherever you're needed — bar, floor, or games
- Keeping everything safe, compliant, and running smoothly without killing the vibe
Who We're Looking For
- Someone who's worked in hospitality before and is ready to lead shifts
- A confident communicator who can keep a team motivated and guests buzzing
- RSA certified (or willing to get it before you start)
- Comfortable with cash handling, opening, and closing
- Reliable, adaptable, and always up for a laugh — even on a busy night
- Most importantly: you don't just serve people, you connect with them. You make guests feel seen, included, and part of the fun.

Job Type: Casual
Pay: $25.00 – $46.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
