Overseer - Breakfast Creek Station

Kenny's Creek is a progressive mixed farming business managing three farms around Boorowa, NSW. Our enterprise includes a commercial Angus cattle operation, Primeline ewes, and the renowned Kenny's Creek Angus Stud.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable Overseer to join our team at Breakfast Creek Station, located at Godfreys Creek between Boorowa and Cowra. This 11,000-acre property supports a commercial Angus breeding and trading enterprise, running 4,000–5,000 head of cattle alongside an extensive pasture development program.

Working closely with the Farm Manager, the Overseer will play a key role in day-to-day operations, infrastructure maintenance, and livestock management. This is a hands-on leadership position with scope for growth and increased responsibility.

• Assist the Farm Manager in operating a high-performing mixed enterprise.
• Monitor livestock health, administer treatments, and manage cattle movements.
• Operate and maintain farm machinery (trucks, tractors, telehandler, bikes).
• Maintain and construct fencing and stockyards.
• Manage and improve stock water infrastructure.
• Support pasture and cropping programs.
• Uphold Work Health & Safety and Quality Assurance standards.
• Collaborate with teams across other Kenny's Creek properties as needed.
