We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Hebel Supervisor to join our dynamic team and to contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the construction manager to Supervise and coordinate Hebel installation projects from start to finish, from Gold coast – Bundaberg.
• Assist in leading a team of tradespeople and subcontractors, ensuring safety and efficiency on-site.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
• Perform site measures, pre-install job checks, post install quality control.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, QEBS employees and project stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Hebel installation and supervision. Works well in a team/with others and has basic Carpentry knowledge
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Must have construction safety white card and car license, driving is major part of the job roll
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of workplace health & safety standards.
• Reliable, organised, and proactive approach to work.
