Working in partnership with Coty, *Clemenger Field Marketing* is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive *Field Team Leader *for this full-time opportunity*. *You will take responsibility for the overall performance and retail executional standards of your *dedicated Merchandising Team* across *QLD and WA.*

We are ideally looking for a *collaborative leader* that can bring sales coaching experience in a retail or Field Marketing environment as well as drive fresh insights & ideas. If you have been a Sales Executive or Merchandiser and are looking for a step up in your career, this role could also be for you.

*About You:*

* Experience in *team management* or a similar role is *essential*
* *Previous experience in Merchandising *planogram work is an *advantage*
* *Comfortable travelling to uncovered areas to assist with field work*
* *Able to complete tasks thoroughly and with high attention to detail*
* *Tech savvy *and comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly with PowerPoint and Excel
* *Car and valid driver's licence.*
