Moussaoui is a boutique, design-led architecture and master planning practice specialising in education, high-end residential, and workplace environments. We deliver projects that are intelligent, refined, and enduring, combining strategic insight with exceptional design craft.
We are seeking a Senior Project Architect / Documentation Lead who can take the studio's creative vision and independently deliver it from concept through to permit and construction documentation.
The Role
In this role, you will:
• Translate design concepts and briefs into comprehensive, buildable documentation packages.
• Prepare DA, permit, tender, and construction documentation with full technical precision.
• Ensure compliance with NCC/BCA, Australian Standards, and local council requirements.
• Coordinate efficiently with consultants, engineers, and certifiers.
• Lead Revit/BIM workflows to produce coordinated, clash-free documentation.
• Maintain design integrity while delivering practical, constructible outcomes.
About You
• 8–15+ years' experience in architecture, with a portfolio of residential, education, or workplace projects.
• Strong technical expertise in construction documentation and permit processes.
• Proficiency in Revit/BIM and project coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining design quality.
• Excellent knowledge of Australian building codes, standards, and planning regulations.
