Pakaflex Pty Ltd is an innovative and rapidly growing flexible packaging manufacturing company based in Dandenong. We have developed a strong and growing position within our market and are looking for individuals who want to grow with us. We are seeking experienced Flexographic Printers who are looking for a new challenge

To be suitable for this Position you must have completed your Certificate III in Printing, or higher-level tertiary training, from an institution recognised by the AQF. You must have minimum 5 years' experience producing photographic (CYMK) quality flexographic prints running Central Impression or Stack Presses on plastic film or similar substrate.

We are seeking keen, dedicated and smart individuals who are interested in learning about our processes and developing new skills. Applicants should have great attention and take pride in what they do.

We are looking for long-term employees who are interested in growing with the business while furthering their careers in flexographic print and blown film manufacturing.

You will be working in a close-knit team and have responsibility for Print Quality on several machines. You must be a solid "team player' and be willing to contribute across various dynamic roles. We have various printing presses ranging from 8 colour chamber blade systems capable of high quality process print to 4 colour presses specialising in timber wraps and industrial print.

Shift Work and Remuneration:

(Annualised salary $74,500 - $105,000)

We run 4 x 12-hour shifts - Between Monday and Friday. We have a fast-paced environment, so it is suitable for people who like to be kept busy We operate both day and night shifts. You will be working a routine 46-hour week.

Please only apply if you have successfully completed your Secondary Education, have completed formal Print Training (or higher-level tertiary education), and have at least five years' experience running photographic-quality flexographic prints.

This position requires rotating day and night shift work. Please only apply if you are able to work within a rotating roster.
