This is:

  • A full-time, in-office role (no hybrid).
  • A role that requires weekly travel to stores, so a valid driver's licence is mandatory. Parking provided.
  • Based in North Rocks (near North Parramatta, not the CBD).

With 50+ stores nationally and rapid growth across NSW, VIC, ACT, and SA, FABE moves fast, innovates constantly, and expects the same pace and ownership from its marketing team.

What we offer

You'll support the Group Brand and Marketing department to work across a VAST variety of marketing activities: multi-stakeholder coordination, branding, local area marketing, activations, campaigns, content creation, store openings, communication & PR, socials, performance, and ongoing brand executions across all four brands.

You will work with exciting global partners like Red Bull, Tabasco, BSC Protein, and others.

This role is hands-on, execution-driven, and perfect for someone who wants to grow and be part of a hospitality group scaling into one of Australia's biggest café brands.

Do you have what it takes (aka responsibilities)?

  1. Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with a VAST range of stakeholders: senior leadership, franchisees, agencies, suppliers, contractors, creatives, etc.

  2. Stay organised like a machine: manage deadlines, calendars, projects, priorities, and cross-brand workstreams without dropping the ball.

  3. Bring energy: open-minded, hungry, fast learner, and keen to grow and execute at speed.

  4. Capture and produce content weekly: stories, reels, onsite videos, subtitles, quick edits. Canva and CapCut skills are non-negotiable.

  5. Be tech-forward: comfortable with AI tools, systems, automation, and anything that makes work faster and better.

  6. Handle a VAST volume of stakeholder interactions with clarity, professionalism, and maturity.

  7. Bring a solution-first mindset: constant ideas, proactive improvements, and better ways of working.

  8. Use previous marketing coordinator experience to support campaigns, content, and store activities.

  9. Event coordination: openings, activations, logistics, meetings, collaborations, etc.

  10. Previous experience in hospitality is a huge advantage (but not required) as you'll understand stores, customers, and the pace instantly.
