The Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Offset Press Operator (Printing Machinist) to join our growing production team. This is a hands-on role operating and maintaining offset printing presses to produce high-quality labels that reflect our reputation and exceed client expectations.

  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work across day and afternoon shifts

Skills & Experience

  • Qualified tradesperson or experienced offset press operator (minimum 5 years)
  • Label printing experience highly regarded
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement
  • Willingness to learn – training provided
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
