Broome CIRCLE has been providing an award-winning Financial Counselling Service for over 20 years and we are currently recruiting for a Financial Counsellor to join our innovative and dedicated team.

What You'll Do

• Provide life-changing financial counselling to individuals and families across Broome and remote communities including Bidyadanga, Beagle Bay, Djarindjin, Lombadina and Ardyaloon

• Deliver outreach services that meet people where they are—literally and emotionally

• Be part of a dynamic, supportive team that values creativity, compassion and cultural understanding

• Help shape the future of financial wellbeing in the Kimberley

What We're Looking For

• A qualified Financial Counsellor (or close to completing your diploma)

• Someone with heart, resilience, and a deep respect for diverse cultures
• A member of, or experience working with, First Nations and multicultural communities

• A confident communicator who thrives in both one-on-one and group settings

• Willingness to travel to remote communities (we'll get you there)

• A team player who's ready to roll up their sleeves and make a difference

• A member of, or experienced in working with, First Nations and multicultural communities


• Australian work rights are required for this position
