Celebrity Ink Carindale is seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to take charge of our busy tattoo studio. We want a leader who thrives on hitting targets, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily studio operations – scheduling, staffing, and inventory
- Set, drive, and achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team
- Ensure a safe, clean, and professional environment
- Execute local marketing and promotions to grow the business
- Monitor performance metrics and report results
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years in a management or operations role
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills
