About the Role

Reporting to the Director, you'll:

• Provide evidence-based psychological services to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Develop and implement tailored assessment and intervention plans.
• Deliver high-quality psychological reports and correspondence
• Conduct cognitive and diagnostic assessments across the lifespan.
• Uphold ethical standards and practice policies.
• This is an employed position with pay based on your experience and qualifications.

About You

• You're a registered or provisional Psychologist who brings warmth, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help clients move toward meaningful change. You understand the nuances of rural life and take a holistic, evidence-based approach to mental health.
• You're a strong communicator—confident, sensitive, and thorough—and you thrive in a team that values connection, growth, and impact.
• New graduates are welcome to apply as we provide comprehensive support and supervision for both registered and provisional psychologists.

What You'll Need

• Masters in Psychology
• APHRA registration (or eligibility for provisional registration)
• C Class Driver's License
• Experience with psychometric assessments (e.g., WISC, WAIS, WIAT) is highly desirable
• Experience with children and/or Board Approved Supervisor status is a bonus
• Australian work authorisation is required for this position
