Hire A Hubby are Australia's leading handyman franchise providing a diverse range of handyman and maintenance services including; house and building maintenance & repairs, general tidy ups, preparation for sale or rental and many other services.

Our North Lakes Franchise is also licensed Builders to Kitchen, Bathroom and Laundry level, so our business is not limited to Handyman work.

Due to continuously growing business, we have a need for an experienced and highly skilled Handyman/Carpenter/Plasterer to join our franchise.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years handyman/trades experience to be considered for this position.

• Able to work unsupervised as well as part of a team.
• Ability to work to schedule whilst maintaining quality
• Well presented taking pride in yourself and your work.
• Trustworthy, self-motivated and have a friendly nature.
• Reliable and care about your work and the client.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.

YOUR Skills and Experience:

• As many of these skills as possible: Carpentry, Tiling (minor repairs only), Plaster patching and painting, Repair of kitchen cabinets, e.g. hinges, door, window and general property maintenance.
• Candidates must possess most of the listed trade skills including carpentry, tiling, plaster patching, painting, and property maintenance.
• Well organised and able to work efficiently.
• An eye for detail and are able to produce high quality work.
• MUST HAVE a current Drivers Licence.
• Must be able to pass Police Check
