The Role
Our business is looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills. The primary responsibilities of the role will be answering phone calls and taking orders over the phone, email and online through our website.
The successful applicant will be working alongside a passionate and dedicated team that will help you along the way.
This will include:
- Answer incoming phone calls/take orders.
- Process credit card payments.
- Logistics & Sales support.
- Respond to enquiries and follow up leads in our CRM.
- Send invoices to customers.
- Follow up on payments and complete tasks in CRM.
- Administration work relating to orders and deliveries in different areas.
- Ability to problem solve and manage workload.
- Be able to work well and collaborate in a team environment to ensure business operations are efficient and timely.
- Assist management with other office-based tasks when needed.
Essential:
- Proficient in computer and smartphone applications.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong social media skills.
- Commitment to safety and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Ability to be flexible with start and finish times due to the nature of the agricultural business needs.
- Willingness for further training opportunities and career advancement.
- Experience in customer service.
- Experience in computer applications.
- Valid car driver's licence.
