We're on the lookout for two passionate and detail-oriented Night Auditors to join our dynamic Front Office team at Hotel Indigo Sydney Potts Point. If you enjoy working independently, love delivering exceptional guest service, and have a knack for numbers, this could be your next move

About the Role:

As a Night Auditor, you'll be responsible for supporting our Night Manager with daily financial and audit reports while ensuring our guests experience a warm and seamless stay during the overnight hours. You'll be part of a close-knit team that embodies our core values of Passion, Accountability, Integrity, and Respect.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Processing guest payments and completing nightly audit procedures
  • Handling late check-ins, early departures, and guest inquiries
  • Ensuring hotel financial reports are balanced before closing the business day
  • Delivering exceptional service while maintaining a clean and welcoming front desk
  • Staying up to date with local knowledge to guide guests with recommendations
  • Following hotel policies, PCI standards, and Work Health & Safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Comfortable working night shifts on a 7-day roster (up to 5 shifts per week)
  • Experience with hotel PMS systems (Infor or similar) is a plus
  • A friendly, helpful attitude with great communication skills
  • RSA certification (Responsible Service of Alcohol) or willingness to obtain
