With a strong reputation for craftsmanship, innovation and reliability, we are expanding our team and seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Estimator to join our dynamic office environment.

About the Role

As our Estimator, you will play a vital role in the project lifecycle – working closely with clients, architects, project managers and our production team to deliver accurate and timely cost estimates for bespoke joinery projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for custom joinery works (kitchens, cabinetry, office fit-outs, etc.)
• Read and interpret architectural plans, drawings and specifications
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes and pricing
• Analyse materials, labour and time requirements for tenders and quotes
• Assist in tender submissions and project handover processes
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry pricing and trends

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as an Estimator in the joinery, cabinetmaking or construction industry (essential)
• Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing processes and materials
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Proficient in estimating software
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
