About the Role

Teach Senior Chemistry and Biology, and contribute to Junior Science (Years 7–12) as required.Deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons that encourage critical thinking and experimentation.Foster a safe and Christ-centred laboratory learning environment.Participate in curriculum development and cross-faculty collaboration.Support students preparing for QCAA external assessments and tertiary pathways.

Requirements

A degree qualification in Education with specialisation in Science (Chemistry and/or Biology).Registration (or eligibility) with the Queensland College of Teachers.Demonstrated ability to integrate Christian values within the curriculum.Strong laboratory safety knowledge and organisational skills.

Salary Range: $88,000 – $122,000 (dependent on experience, excluding superannuation).

Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Australia and hold a valid Working With Children Check.
