What we're looking for:

  • An experienced Residential Property Manager

  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio with confidence

  • A strong communicator who builds great relationships with owners and tenants

  • A motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Someone with a 'can do' attitude and a passion for property

Your day-to-day:

  • End-to-end management of residential properties

  • Routine inspections, maintenance coordination, and lease renewals

  • Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants

  • Playing a key role in growing the rent roll

  • Assisting with trust accounting and compliance as needed

Requirements:

  • Current QLD Property Management Registration or Licence

  • Driver's licence and reliable vehicle

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Experience with property management software (e.g. PropertyMe, Console, or similar)
