We are opening a position for someone with leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and proactivity — someone who can take responsibility for the houses we already manage and support the team by organising tasks and managing time efficiently.

Before posting this position externally, I'd like to offer it first to any of you who might be interested and able to take it on.

Role requirements:

  • Full availability Monday to Friday
  • Pay: $35 per hour with ABN
  • Own car
  • Availability in the mornings Monday to Friday (approx. 8:30 am – 2:00 pm)
  • Willingness to work as part of a team
  • Punctuality
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent attitude and motivation to deliver quality work

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 24 per week
