Empire Bathrooms, a leading bathroom renovation company, is seeking a Casual Marketing Specialist to take charge of our marketing strategy and execution.

About the Role:

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, and digital marketing who can help us attract more qualified leads and grow our brand presence.

You'll be working directly with our leadership team, helping shape new marketing ideas while keeping campaigns effective, on-budget, and on-time.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and optimise SEO campaigns to improve search visibility
  • Run and monitor Google Ads campaigns to maximise ROI
  • Develop creative, cost-effective ways to bring in new business
  • Provide insights and reporting on campaign performance
  • Understand the dynamics of a small business and tailor strategies accordingly

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in SEO and Google Ads (preferably with other companies)
  • Strong understanding of marketing for small businesses
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results within set budgets
  • Creative, proactive thinker who can generate fresh ideas
