THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a unique opportunity for a grounded and growth-minded Associate Dentist to join an established, modern two-chair private clinic located the eastern side of Canberra.

You'll be stepping into a thriving practice with an abundance of active patients, built up over 15 years and strong ongoing patient demand.

The practice offers a range of procedures, including implants, All-on-X/full arches, cosmetic dentistry, fixed orthodontics, clear aligners, and general dentistry, as well as everything in between.

This will enable you to treat and manage a wide range of general patients with the opportunity to expand into high-value treatments as well. With support and mentorship available, you're encouraged to grow into more advanced procedures if that aligns with your goals.

Relocation assistance may also be provided.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Patients flow from a well-established patient base and strong new patient numbers allowing you to see more patients and do more dentistry
  • Clinical autonomy and if you like doing fixed orthodontics or clear aligners, you'll have the opportunity to take them all on and receive support/guidance from the Principal if needed
  • Start with 2-3 days/week or full-time
  • Double-digits of new patients per week and growing, and a strong investment into marketing through a top dental marketing company
  • Commission at 40%
  • State-of-the-art equipment, including CBCT and intraoral scanners
  • Located in a modern medical precinct next to major retailers, with patients travelling from across Canberra
  • High-quality demographic – largely professionals with private health insurance. The practice is a preferred provider only to one insurance company.

THE PRACTICE

This modern, two-chair clinic sits within a well-known medical centre, co-located with major retailers. The practice has been operating for over 15 years and was consolidated from a long-standing CBD clinic, resulting in a loyal patient base.

The clinic features:

  • CBCT and intraoral scanners
  • 2 chairs
  • A streamlined, fully digital workflow
  • Dedicated marketing support through a specialist dental marketing agency
  • Strong systems and admin support with an experienced team

ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum 1+ years of Australian experience in general dentistry
  • Confident in building rapport, relationships and retaining patients
  • Skilled communicator with a warm and sensible chairside manner
  • Interested in long-term growth, but realistic and grounded in approach
  • A team player who values autonomy and isn't looking for handholding
  • AHPRA-registered with no restrictions
  • Professional indemnity insurance in place
