About the company
Total Project NT is a fast-growing regional head contractor delivering quality commercial and government builds across NT and SA. With turnover increasing from $9M to $25M in 12 months, the business is now strengthening its systems and leadership team to support the next stage of growth.
About the role
Reporting directly to the Director, the General Manager will oversee operations, people, and performance across NT and SA. You'll drive project delivery, financial results, and workforce capability while embedding ISO-aligned safety and compliance systems.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across multiple regional projects
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and job margin performance
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams
- Ensure WHS and compliance excellence
- Represent the business with professionalism and integrity
