We're looking for a passionate Energy & Sustainability Consultant to lead energy audits, boost efficiency, and unlock long-term sustainability outcomes across some of Australia's most dynamic sectors.

Your Impact

As a trusted advisor and hands-on expert, you'll:

  • Lead energy, water, and resource audits across commercial, health, retail, education & industrial sites

  • Deliver NABERS Ratings and uncover impactful, cost-saving sustainability opportunities

  • Design and implement energy and utility management plans for key client portfolios

  • Drive upgrades and retrofits, identifying pathways to improve energy performance

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure success and uncover ongoing opportunities

  • Upskill internal teams by sharing best practices in sustainability and energy efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • 5 years' experience in building services or energy consulting

  • Strong knowledge of NABERS, HVAC, BMS, and sustainability frameworks

  • NABERS Assessor (Energy & Water) accreditation highly regarded

  • Green Star AP, WELL AP or similar credentials are a plus

  • Degree in Engineering, Sustainability, or Building Services

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
