We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nominated Supervisor / OOSH Coordinator to lead our vibrant out-of-school-hours care service during a 12-month parental leave contract, with the potential for extension.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident leader who is committed to delivering exceptional care and educational experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Education and Care Services National Regulations.
  • Designing and delivering fun, educational activities for children aged 5–12.
  • Managing and mentoring a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care.
  • Building strong relationships with families, staff, and the local community.

Schedule

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year in a management or 2IC role (preferred)
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

  • Commitment to child safety and educational excellence.

  • Current Working with Children Check is mandatory for this position.
