About the role

The Clinical Case Manager will work within the Outer East Early Psychosis Team, Infant, Child and Youth Mental Health Service (ICYMHS). This multi-disciplinary specialist team aims to provide high quality mental health assessment, case management, clinical treatment and interventions to young people aged 0 – 25 years and their families experiencing their first psychotic or manic episode, enhancing early recognition, and reducing the duration and/or impact of first episode psychosis.

The Clinical Case Manager will have clinical experience in mental health services or a similar area and have a commitment to ongoing professional and service delivery development.

About you

To be successful in this role you will possess:

• Current Nursing registration with AHPRA
• Post Graduate qualifications in mental health nursing & 24 months clinical experience.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
• A strong commitment to high quality care
• The ability to work as part of a diverse team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
