Retail Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, and offer personalised product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to confidently answer customer questions and provide accurate information.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive and supportive work culture.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, assist with inventory counts, and communicate any stock replenishment needs to management.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management software is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well within a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
