Job Details
DISR is seeking a
Test Lead
to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of testing activities across multiple projects within the Grants Platform Team. This role requires strong leadership, advanced testing capability, and experience in both manual and automated testing, ensuring high-quality solutions in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • Test Strategy & Planning

  • Define and implement test strategies, master test plans, entry/exit gates, defect triage, and reporting.

  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to establish coverage.

  • Estimate testing efforts and allocate resources.

  • Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of manual and automation testers.

  • Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Encourage growth mindset and adoption of best practices.

  • Automation & Tools

  • Support automation testers in maintaining test frameworks with EasyRepro and MSTest (C#).

  • Ensure integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).

  • Recommend tools and technologies to improve efficiency and coverage.

  • Test Execution & Reporting

  • Oversee functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing.

  • Track/report defect metrics and quality KPIs.

  • Lead forums such as defect triage and test strategy reviews.

  • Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to QA standards and compliance requirements.

  • Conduct risk assessments and contribute to release decisions.
  • Support audits and quality assurance documentation.

  • 7+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM/.NET testing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to define test strategies and align them with project goals and timelines.
  • Demonstrated experience uplifting testing maturity across people, process, and tools.
  • Experience with automation testing and CI/CD pipeline integration.
  • Proficiency in DevOps tools, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and QA best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills, fostering growth mindset.
