About the role
As the successful applicant, you will join a public health service dedicated to delivering high-quality, timely, and appropriate mental health care to South Australians living in rural and remote communities. Services are provided in a collaborative, person-centred manner, guided by evidence-based practices and recovery-focused approaches, ensuring that each consumer receives the support they need to achieve the best possible outcomes.
In this role, you will provide expert clinical services to consumers, working closely with local and regional mental health clinicians, general practitioners, and other healthcare providers. You will play a pivotal role in leading initiatives aimed at improving clinical outcomes, implementing innovative changes in psychiatric care, and fostering best practice across mental health services. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the mental health and wellbeing of individuals in regional South Australia while contributing to the development of a resilient and collaborative mental health care system.
