FullStackMicrosoft .NET Smart Web App - Technical Lead/Architect Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Front End TechnicalLead/Architect to join our team and take charge of designing and architectingthe front -end framework for a new digital web application. This role requires astrategic thinker with extensive experience in the Angular framework and aproven track record of successfully leading a team of front -end engineers.Experience in assessing digital projects and estimating front -end work isessential. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation and a commitmentto delivering exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities:· Lead the architecture, design, and development of the front -end framework forthe new digital web application.· Collaborate with cross -functional teams to define and implement innovativesolutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.· Provide technical leadership and mentorship to front -end engineers, ensuringbest practices and high -quality code.· Drive the adoption of modern front -end technologies and frameworks, with afocus on Angular.· Oversee the establishment of coding standards, tools, and platforms forefficient development and collaboration.· Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural and designprinciples.· Assess digital projects and provide accurate estimates for front -end work.· Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to alignon project goals and deliverables.· Identify and resolve performance and scalability challenges.· Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the team andproduct at the forefront of innovation. Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relatedfield.· Proven experience as a Front End Technical Lead or Architect, with a focus onAngular framework.· Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.· Experience in leading and mentoring a team of front -end engineers.· Solid understanding of responsive design principles and web accessibilitystandards.· Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.· Excellent problem -solving skills and attention to detail.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.· Ability to work effectively in a fast -paced and dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications:· Knowledge of other front -end frameworks and libraries such as React.· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
