The Opportunity:
We have an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Research Associate. You will play a key role in the successful delivery of clinical trials, working with a close-knit team of professionals who are passionate about advancing healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and manage site monitoring activities independently, ensuring compliance with protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with site staff, investigators, and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee study progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior CRAs as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field.
  • A valid Australian Driver's License.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a CRO environment with independent monitoring responsibilities.
  • Proven experience in the Australian clinical research landscape.
  • Full working rights in Australia (Please note, we are unable to consider applicants from overseas).
