About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and reliable LED Technician with hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of LED display systems. You'll be working both on-site and in our workshop, ensuring that every LED project meets our quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, test, and commission LED displays, video walls, and control systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair LED panels, software and network components
  • Perform maintenance, calibration, and system updates
  • Work with project managers to deliver installations on time and within scope
  • Diagnose and resolve client issues both remotely and on-site
  • Maintain detailed service reports and installation documentation
  • Adhere to all electrical and safety compliance standards

Skills & Experience

  • Experience working with LED display systems or related AV/electrical fields
  • Strong understanding of control systems, data cabling, and power management
  • Experience with Colorlight, or similar LED control software
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical schematics
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Comfortable working at heights and using power tools
  • Current driver's licence (mandatory)
  • Electrical or cabling certification (preferred but not essential)
  • White and/or yellow card
