About Us

City Cave is Australia's leading wellness centre, with over 70 locations offering Float Therapy, Infrared Sauna, and Massage.

Due to ongoing growth, we're seeking qualified Massage Therapists to join our professional and supportive team.

You'll treat guests in a beautifully set-up space, often as part of a popular package that includes float or sauna — meaning strong demand and repeat business.

What We're Looking for

  • Qualified Massage Therapist (Diploma of Remedial preferred)
  • Association registration + health fund rebates preferred
  • Own ABN + current professional & public liability insurance
  • Available for weekend work (we operate 7 days)
  • Positive, reliable, and motivated to grow your own client base
  • Must have full Australian working rights — please do not apply otherwise
