CPAP Customer Care Associate

Warners Bay | Long-Term Opportunity | 18-27 hrs per week
Hands-on customer care in CPAP & sleep health, including guiding customers through treatment options and ethical equipment sales. Ideal for medical, nursing, or allied health students and motivated candidates with healthcare or customer service experience. This role offers clinical exposure, patient interaction, flexibility, and a long-term position where initiative, adaptability, and professional communication are valued.

About the Role
This is a hands-on, people focused role where you will guide customers through their sleep health journey and become a trusted point of contact for both patients and referring clinicians.
While training and support are provided, this role is best suited to someone who learns quickly, takes ownership of outcomes, and is open to continuously improve their skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Educating customers about sleep apnea and treatment options
- CPAP device setup, mask selection, and fitting
- Facilitating sleep apnea testing
- Ethical, needs based CPAP equipment sales
- Troubleshooting therapy and equipment during trials and ongoing treatment
- Assisting with reporting requirements and device data downloads
- Cleaning and maintaining clinical equipment
- Managing stock and warranty returns
- Liaising with GPs, specialists, and allied health providers
- Reception and administrative duties
- Ongoing learning in sleep health therapies and products
About You
You take pride in your work and enjoy being part of a small team where your contribution matters.
Ideally, you will have:
- A background in healthcare, medical sales, or strong customer service
(University students studying nursing, medicine, or allied health are welcome; flexibility around pracs is available) - Minimum 1-2 years of healthcare or customer service experience
- A proactive, self-motivated approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Adaptability in a small business environment
- Empathy, professionalism, and integrity
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with POS, CRM, or medical software
- Must have Australian work rights
- Availability to work Saturdays
