The Role:

Best&Less has an opportunity for a Casual Team Member to join the passionate and supportive teams across our Sydney Stores.

As an integral member of our Bestie team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together

Your day will consist of:

· Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers

· Together with your team, create the Bestie culture in store

· Bringing the 'Bestie' culture to life through an environment of fun & teamwork

· Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store

· Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished

· Create a VM presentation of the store from door to floor

· Ensure the store is tidy and well presented

About you:

· Passionate about the customer experience

· Have a positive attitude we can teach the rest

· A willingness to learn and develop

· Able to work during the day - full weekday availability

· Desire to develop your career in retail
