To compliment this service we are looking for a talented and dedicated individual to fill the role of Events Coordinator, ideally some with the capacity for an immediate start.

About this role:

Working alongside our Hospitality and Events teams, as the Events Coordinator, you will work directly with clients to plan and execute the smooth running of all events from weddings and private events to corporate functions.

Ideally, you will hail from a high-end, high-volume event, wedding or restaurant background and be able to handle guest expectations with finesse and professionalism.

In this hands-on role, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional service to all clients and ensure the best possible experience during their special event.
  • Excellent management skills, impeccable presentation and have a strong focus on attention to detail.
  • Be competent and confident in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Wine knowledge desirable.
  • Hold a current Victoria Responsible Service of Alcohol.
  • Hold a current driver's licence and own or have regular access to a vehicle.
