We have an exciting opportunity to join the People and Culture team to lead our listening program across team member lifecycle, using insights to shape initiatives that strengthen engagement and embed our values-driven culture.

As the Team Member Listening and Engagement Specialist you will lead team member listening across the employee lifecycle, ensuring feedback and insights informs cultural transformation activity.
About you and your skills
  • Ability to turn insights into practical recommendations that embed values-driven behaviours and enhance team member experience.
  • Experiences supporting in the design and development of cultural initiatives, including embedding values across the employee lifecycle. 
  • Experience using data to tell a story and analyse various data sets to develop insights across employee cohorts to understand sentiment and feedback themes.
  • Skilled at building relationships, influencing priorities, and collaborating across large organisations.
  • Experience with listening platforms (e.g. Culture Amp) and leveraging AI tools to enhance survey delivery and user experience.
