About the roleCritical responsibilities:
  • Developing drink menus, training and implementation.
  • Exceptional customer service

Successful Candidates will have:
  • Previous experience in food & beverage service, ideally in a hotel environment
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (RSA)
  • Has a positive, can-do attitude
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
  • Barista skills advantageous
  • Mixologist skills
  • Depth of knowledge in beverage range, product and cocktails
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
