What's the role?

As an Associate Private Banker, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our high-net-worth clients by delivering exceptional service and seamless experiences. Based in Melbourne, and working full-time, you'll partner closely with Private Bankers to manage day-to-day client needs, coordinate solutions, and ensure every interaction reflects the high standard of care our clients expect. What do I need?

  • A passion for delivering outstanding client service and building trusted relationships
  • Experience in banking, finance, or wealth management environments
  • Strong communication and organisational skills with a proactive mindset
  • Confidence working with lending and consumer banking products
  • RG146 Tier 2 compliance
  • Mandarin language skills are highly desirable to support our diverse client base
