ABOUT THE ROLEAs an Inbound Sales Consultant, you will join a team of passionate course advisors, who endeavour to build meaningful relationships with existing and prospective students; ultimately aiming to convert new leads to enrolments, as well as re-enrolling members of the existing student base. Through keeping up-to-date with course offerings, funding opportunities, and entry requirements - the successful candidate will provide tailored information to enquiries received, as well as support with the facilitation of assessments (such as literacy and numeracy testing).

DUTIES

• Establish and nurture relationships with current and prospective students to contribute towards enrolment + re-enrolment targets
• Provide consultative, tailored advice in line with product offerings, funding requirements, and customer needs
• Support with the facilitation of assessments (e.g. literacy, numeracy)
• Manage customer interactions and pipeline data through internal CRM systems
• Facilitate enquiries through a range of channels (e.g. phone, text, email, website)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Previous experience within either inbound sales or customer relationship management
• Self-starter, enthusiastic in nature, and an ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Tech savvy - ability to produce reports, utilise CRM systems
• Previous exposure to the RTO/VET space is highly regarded, but not essential

The successful candidate will undergo both a Police Check, and the process of obtaining a Working with Children Check (WWCC) if they do not currently possess one (both costs reimbursed).
