We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our Kitchen team.

As Chef/ Cook, you will be an integral part of our high volume award winning kitchen team.

Reporting to our Head Chef, you will be responsible for a busy kitchen section.

In addition you will have strong a la carte cooking skills, genuine interest in great food and service.

The ideal candidate will have genuine interest in hospitality & tourism. Initiative & positive attitudes towards flexibility of shifts given the nature of hospitality is a must.

Desirable attributes are:

• Qualified chef/ Cook
• Experience in a busy kitchen environment
• Strong customer focus & positive workplace attitude
• Efficient time management & punctuality
• Communication & interpersonal skills, promoting positive team environment, whilst demonstrating initiative & efficient outputs
