The Opportunity 

WEM has a rewarding opportunity for a Dump Truck Operator to join the team

We have a strong portfolio of work with multiple projects underway across Sydney's Northwest and Southwest, Hunter and Illawarra regions. This role requires travel between job sites across these areas. 

What We're Looking For:

  • Plant Operations: Ability to operate Dump Trucks with precision and efficiency.
  • Machine Maintenance: Conduct daily maintenance checks, including oil levels and greasing.
  • Clean & Tidy Equipment: Ensure the machine is kept clean and well-organised at all times.
  • Assist with other site duties as needed to ensure project timelines are met.

The requirements of this position are:

  • Demonstrated experience operating a civil Dump Truck
  • Understanding of machinery operations within the civil construction industry 
  • Strong commitment to health, safety, environment and quality standards and practices
  • A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use initiative 
  • A valid Construction White Card
  • A valid Drivers' License, with the ability to travel across sites
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
