And this is your opportunity to potentially join us as our Business Operations Manager.

Who are you?

Well, in addition to 5+ years retail operations experience at the management level, and an enthusiasm for the jewellery and watch industry, it's likely that people will generally describe you as:

The role

Reporting to the business owner, ultimately, you'll have responsibility for achieving business targets and budgets through and with your people. That'll include responsibilities such as:

  • Setting targets
  • Building, maintaining and monitoring performance dashboards
  • KPI reporting
  • Driving quarterly growth and efficiency
  • Maximising margins
  • Leading a positive and 'abundant' team environment
  • Developing individual team capability
