Salary: AUD $73,000 – $78,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Position Description:

WA Hydroponic Produce is seeking a motivated and experienced Horticultural Supervisor to lead our horticultural team and ensure the efficient management of hydroponic crop production, plant maintenance, and greenhouse operations. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong horticultural knowledge, and the ability to manage staff and workflows effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate horticultural staff to complete hydroponic planting, maintenance, and harvesting tasks.
• Develop and implement schedules for nutrient management, irrigation, and crop monitoring.
• Monitor plant health, growth cycles, and environmental conditions within greenhouses.
• Train, mentor, and support horticultural team members.
• Maintain records of production activities, inventory, and equipment use.
• Ensure compliance with safety, biosecurity, and operational policies.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in horticulture, hydroponics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Knowledge of hydroponic systems, nutrient management, and pest control.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in greenhouse conditions and manage multiple production projects simultaneously.
