About the Traineeship

We're offering a 12-month full-time Business Traineeship based at our Endeavour Foundation Industries (EFI) site in Geebung. This is your chance to join one of Australia's largest disability service providers while gaining valuable skills and a nationally recognised qualification.

During your traineeship, you will:

• Work alongside the EFI team, contributing to commercial operations such as packaging, document destruction, recycling, and manufacturing
• Learn all aspects of administration support, helping ensure the smooth running of daily office operations
• Receive one-on-one mentoring and support to successfully complete your Certificate III in Business

What You will Bring

We're not expecting you to know everything—we'll train and support you However, to succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A genuine interest in working in an office environment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
• Confidence in providing internal customer service and communicating across departments
• A respect for confidentiality and client privacy
• A quick learner who enjoys working with data and systems
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, full-time
• Pass a Police Check
• Be eligible for a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (we'll cover the cost)
• Provide two professional references
• Complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
