About The Role
We are seeking a CloudOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in the design, deployment, and governance of our cloud infrastructure. You'll take a strategic and hands-on approach to building secure, scalable, and highly available environments. You'll thrive if you enjoy solving complex problems, working cross-functionally and delivering real impact.

As Our Newest CloudOps Engineer, You'll

• Design, support and optimise cloud infrastructure for scalability, security, and high performance.
• Support HA/DR and backup strategy implementation across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Own cloud governance: security, compliance, FinOps, and operational excellence.
• Implement observability tools like Datadog and CloudWatch.
• Strengthen cloud security (IAM, encryption, vulnerability management).
• Foster a culture of DevOps excellence.
• Ensure industry compliance such as SOC2 Type II and drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who is a proactive, self-driven leader who thrives in ambiguity, communicates technical concepts with clarity, and inspires confidence while guiding decisions in high-stakes situations.

You'll Also Bring

• 3-5+ years in CloudOps, Infrastructure Engineering, or SRE
• Expertise in AWS (preferred) and Azure cloud environments
• Strong Linux and Windows Server management (including Active Directory)
• Proven FinOps and governance implementation experience
• Experience in IaC, scripting (TypeScript, Python, PowerShell), and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
