Café All-Rounder

We're looking for a reliable, mature, and experienced café all-rounder to join our team at Massimo Papa Patisserie — a fast-paced Sicilian dessert shop known for quality, tradition, and great customer service.

Who We're Looking For:

• Someone mature, confident, and comfortable working independently
• Minimum 3 years experience in a busy café or similar hospitality environment
• Strong barista skills (must be able to handle the morning rush)
• Excellent customer service & sales skills — friendly, warm, and able to upsell without being pushy
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in doing things properly
• Professional, punctual, clean and a team player

Your Role:

• Making high-quality coffees consistently
• Serving customers, taking orders, and providing a welcoming experience
• Assisting with sales of pastries, cakes, and specialty products
• Basic cleaning and maintaining a tidy, organised workspace
• Supporting the team as needed
