FOH Supervisor

By day, our venue is the well-loved Boot Factory Café; by night, Harper & Sole transforms into a warm, modern dining space offering contemporary Australian cuisine with global influences. Our focus is on quality, atmosphere, and a guest experience that keeps people coming back.

We are looking for the following FOH personnel across The Boot Factory & Harper and Sole either in a full-part time/casual capacity.

• Cafe/Restaurant supervisor
• Restaurant waiters

What We're Looking For

• Previous FOH leadership experience in a restaurant or café
• Strong service and communication skills
• Organised, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure
• Flexible for evenings, weekends, and daytime shifts
• Current RSA certification

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 22 – 38 per week
