Are you passionate about developing young football talent?

Football Star Academy (FSA) is part of The AllStars Academy (TAA), a multi-award-winning national organisation that has provided skill-based sports programs to over a million Australian children. We are seeking enthusiastic and committed Casual Football Coaches to join our team in Berwick, Victoria.

We provide all coaching equipment and a full uniform.

The Role:

• Lead weekly, skill-based Football programs for players aged 5-14 at various skill levels.
• The primary available shifts are Afternoon, Evening, and Weekend sessions.

• Great Pay: $$35.00 – $40.00 per hour.
• Location: Work in person at our Berwick location.
• Commitment: We are looking for coaches who can commit for at least 6-12 months.

Essential Requirements

• Must possess suitable Football Coaching Qualifications for the respective age group.
• Must hold a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) for Australia.
• Must be authorised to work in Australia.
• Own reliable transport is essential.
• Must be living in Melbourne, Victoria.
• Must be reliable and able to commit for at least 6-12 months.

Schedule/Availability

• Availability required for Afternoon shift and Evening shift.
• Availability required for Weekend availability.

Preferred Experience

• At least 1-2 years of coaching experience at the youth level (ages 5-14).
