About the role

Based in a flagship womenswear store, you'll lead daily operations while supporting two additional locations. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines driving sales and styling clients with building capability and performance across multiple sites. This is a newly created role on a 1 year FTC, with the potential to extend. A wonderful and rare opportunity to step into multi-site

What you will do

• Lead sales, service, and styling in your home store
• Mentor and support two additional stores to achieve results
• Drive KPIs, stock flow, and visual merchandising standards
• Build strong, motivated teams focused on premium service

What you will bring

• Past success in a premium fashion environment, A grade or multi-site ideal
• A confident styling approach with strong service standards
• The ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams, dealing with any performance issues
• Strong commercial acumen and organisational skills
